The company was formally incorporated as Desai & Co. Pte. Ltd. in 1994 under the leadership of Mr. Sudhir Jayantilal Desai, the current Managing Director. Since 1941, we have been a proud member of the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI), reflecting our deep roots in the region's trade history.
